I had no idea that body image stereotypes were this pervasive in athleticism.  Louise Green’s ted talk reveals that society has sold beliefs and idealistic views on what athleticism should look like.  As a sought after trainer, she encourages that every “body” can realize their athletic potential regardless of their shape and race.  Her talk challenges us to revolutionize our thinking on body size within the fitness and sport realm.  She presents the question to us: “What are our bodies capable of?”
