I’m honestly not surprised by there being a gender gap when it comes to evaluations. People do tend to put certain labels on women authority figures, calling them things like bossy, and obnoxious. Instead of if it were a guy teacher, you would hear things like he’s in control, or passionate. It does in large part tie into last weeks readings where it explains how woman are less likely to be promoted to a position of authority, because they are either seen as too nice, or bossy. People may have certain perceptions on how a person leads, but don’t listen to criticism if it is gender biased.
